Prayers for our Chamber of Commerce

“May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us.”  (Psalm 90:17)

Father, as we pray for our Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, we realize they often deliver the first impression of our region to prospective businesses and families.  As they serve in this capacity, we bless them with a genuine friendliness and concern for the needs of others. (Eph. 4:29)

Our Chamber of Commerce is the hub for the economic affairs of our business community.  So we bless Chip Cherry, President and CEO, and his staff with an Isaiah 11 anointing – that the Spirit of the Lord would rest on them and that their work would exhibit wisdom, understanding, counsel, strength, knowledge and the fear of the Lord.  May the training seminars, business expos, workforce recruiting, networking opportunities, and forums provided to the Chamber’s 2,400+ membership grow and improve our local economy as You “establish the work of their hands.”
