Our City Story – March 11

Wednesday, March 11, is the second Our City Story of 2020! We posted an invite a week ago on Facebook but felt it was important to let everyone know of the address change. Historically our gatherings have been in a home but since we spontaneously scheduled this one upon the Spirit’s prompting, we had not secured a home yet. Dr. Ramsay Nuwayhid so graciously offered his building in the gap, and we cannot thank him enough for his generous offer. However, the Lord ended up providing a home for us on March 11 and therefore back to the intimacy of the living room we go!

Ladies, mark your calendars, grab your girlfriends and head over to 742 Mira Vista Drive expecting to encounter God shoulder to shoulder, sister to sister, heart to heart and hand in hand.

It will be a night of worship, testimony, and prayer with one goal – GIVING GOD ALL THE GLORY THROUGH THE COLORS AND TEXTURES OF OUR FREEDOM STORIES!

Regardless of where we are in our faith journey, we have a ridiculously generous, patient, gracious, merciful and loving Heavenly Father who wants us to experience more of Him. His pursuit of our whole hearts will never end and coming together to celebrate what He has done, is doing, and will continue to do in lives is never time wasted; it is time carved out to just love on and be loved by the ONE who loved us first!

Below are the prayers Tabetha Matthews and Kaitlin Rogers are praying over Our City Story next week as they prepare to “open their mouths wide and let God fill them.” (See Psalm 81:10)

“My prayer is for women to hear my story and be reminded of the Light that lives inside each of them! Darkness cannot win and God is inviting us to walk into His wonderful Light! I don’t want anyone to leave feeling alone in her story ever again.” ~ Love, Kaitlin

“My prayer is for this walking in with depression, broken marriages, or anyone needing a miracle physically that they leave encountering God, refreshed, healed and whole!!! May whatever they were carrying in be left at the cross and may we all leave transformed!” ~ Love, Tabetha
