Our Prayers: 2016 Ushering in 2017
As we come to the end of 2016 and look toward the new year, God is challenging us to believe and pray for His best. We worship a Mighty God who does wondrous things and calls His people to rise and shine for His glory! Let us set aside any doubt or fear about the new year and unite our prayers and faith in declaring God’s Word; His best, over the 7 Mountains of culture here in Huntsville/Madison County. It is up to His people to be the salt, light and hope for those who are yet to step into the light of His marvelous Love. Col. 1:27-28
We pray and declare that 2017 will be a year of peace, reconciliation, and spiritual growth in love and unity for our FAMILIES. Eph. 2:14
We pray and declare that 2017 will be a year that justice and the rule of God are demonstrated in our GOVERNMENT. Micah 6:8
We pray and declare that 2017 will be a year that the spirit of wisdom, knowledge and the fear of the Lord permeates our EDUCATION. Isa. 11:2
We pray and declare that 2017 will be a year that our BUSINESSES will experience the great gain of godliness with contentment. I Tim. 6:6
We pray and declare that 2017 will be a year that our MEDIA is washed with the water of the Word (Eph. 5:26, John 15:3) and speaks the truth in love. Eph. 4:15
We pray and declare that 2017 will be a year that our God-given talents and abilities glorify the Creator through ARTS and ENTERTAINMENT. Rev. 4:11
We pray and declare that 2017 will be a year that Jesus shines so clearly through His Body, the CHURCH, that all the other mountains of culture are impacted (Isa. 60 1-2) and we shine like a city on a hill ! Matt. 5:14
